Enrollment requests

Submitting an enrollment request on this website does not require payment. You can cancel a request at any time before your enrollment is confirmed by contacting us.

Fees and refund terms

Course fees and the refund terms that apply to your course are shared with you before your enrollment is confirmed. Please read them before making any payment.

How to request a refund or cancellation

Contact us at hafizazeem006@gmail.com or through our contact page with your name, course and the reason for your request. We review each request based on the terms shared at enrollment and how much of the course has been delivered.

If we change or cancel a course

If we cancel or significantly reschedule a course batch, we will contact you to discuss options, such as moving to another batch or a refund of fees paid for that batch.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method where possible. We will let you know when your refund has been processed.
