How Digi Codexis Institute collects, uses and protects your personal information.
Last updated: November 3, 2026
This website, digicodexis.institute, is operated by Digi Codexis Institute (“we”, “us”). If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at hafizazeem006@gmail.com or through our contact page.
We collect information that you provide through our forms:
Like most websites, our hosting provider may also record technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited for security and performance purposes. For spam protection, our forms store a short, one-way coded value derived from your IP address for up to one hour; we do not store your raw IP address with your submission.
We do not sell your personal information.
If you submit a review and give consent, we may publish your name, course, rating, review text, date and optional photo. Your email address and WhatsApp number are never published. You can ask us to correct or remove your review at any time.
We share information only with service providers needed to run the website (such as our web hosting and email delivery providers), or when required by law. If you contact us on WhatsApp, your conversation is also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
This website uses cookies that are necessary for it to work (for example, for logged-in administrators). It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address. If we add analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy.
We keep enquiries and enrollment requests for as long as needed to respond and manage your learning, and then delete them when they are no longer needed. Published reviews remain until you ask us to remove them or we remove them.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent for a published review, by contacting us at hafizazeem006@gmail.com.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
